Refund Policy

If you make a purchase from Comfort Dream Beds, you are acquiring a custom-made bed tailored specifically to your requirements. Each item we deliver is made-to-order, unique to you, and crafted with individual specifications in mind. Given the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for made-to-order items. However, if any part of the item or the entire item is found to be faulty, we will replace the defective component or item. If the ordered items are free from faults as determined by our assessment, we do not accept returns.

If you suspect that your ordered items are faulty or that an incorrect order has been delivered, please reach out to us using the contact form within 14 days of the delivery date. We may request photographs of any damaged or imperfect areas to better assess the situation and determine an appropriate course of action. If the pictures you provide reveal visible damage or issues with your item, we will make every effort to resolve the matter. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved, we will proceed with the refund process.

In cases where a return is deemed necessary, we will schedule a collection that aligns with our current delivery schedule. You do not need to disassemble the product for our collection team. We only ask that the unwanted item remains in the condition in which it was received.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for mattresses once they have been removed from their original packaging and used due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

If you qualify for a refund, we will initiate the refund process promptly, either immediately or once your goods have returned to our warehouse. All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
