Order Cancellations

Customers have the option to cancel an order and receive a full refund if the order has not yet entered the production phase.

Once an order has been confirmed for delivery and production has commenced, the customer may still cancel the order. However, a 35% cancellation fee will be applied to cover the costs associated with committed raw materials, administrative work, and processing time.

Please note that after the delivery of your order, we do not accept returns for made-to-order items unless the items are found to be faulty or we have delivered the incorrect product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased item/items will fit into the intended space. We are not liable for accepting returns in the event that the items do not fit.

Failed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable in person to accept the delivery on the agreed-upon date and within the provided 4-hour delivery slot, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee of £55.
